Chrisley Knows Best alum, Chase Chrisley thanked loyal fans who supported Todd and Julie’s oral arguments appeal in Atlanta on April 19. His sister, Savannah had appealed to people to attend the hearing, and as it was a public appeal, some fans did show up. Savannah, Grayson, Chase, and Nanny Faye were also present. Chase Chrisley And His Siblings Pin Hopes On The Appeal

On the Unlocked podcast, Alex Little, the attorney explained that the appeal was a step in the right direction. In his opinion, their trial was unfairly run and he talked about two key pieces of evidence that might have affected the outcome of the jury’s guilty verdict. He also mentioned that only a small fraction of cases get the green light for oral hearings. On April 19 he got his chance to lay his objections before the appellate court.

Chase Chrisley and his siblings obviously hope that what went down will at least shorten their parents’ incarceration. The legal proceedings were carried out without Todd and Julie being present. Mostly, Alex Little raised the issue of misconduct, claiming that “the prosecutors … worked in concert with an IRS witness.”

Chrisley Knows Best Fans Get A ‘Thank You’

While Savannah works hard to raise awareness of bad prison conditions, she also gives feedback on the legal side of things. Ahead of the oral arguments, the Chrisley Knows Best alum revealed that she feared a bad outcome. Still, she thinks there are other avenues that the lawyers can pursue to get a reduced sentence or a retrial. But at the moment, it seems that there might be a wait before they hear the outcome.

Chase Chrisley took to his Instagram stories after the hearing, and he thanked the fans who gave so much support. He said:

Thank you to everyone who came and showed myself and my family support this morning!! God is good!!!

Of course, there are no public comments on stories, but probably, many people sent in their thoughts and prayers. Chase helps to share some of his sister’s prison condition notes, and he also visits his dad quite often. Fans seem pleased that he also spends time with Nanny Faye. She’s not a spring chicken anymore and supporters fear that she might pass away before her son leaves prison.
