Spoilers for General Hospital hint that it would be impossible to find two persons in Port Charles who are disliked more than Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and Heather Webber (Alley Mills).

After spending years in and out of psychiatric hospitals, Heather has always found a way to either flee or make her way in and out without the personnel ever noticing.

Recently, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) made it clear she was going to make it her mission to make it known that Heather is quite sane and therefore should go to a high security prison.

Heather Webber Is Connected To Almost Everyone In Port Charles

Years ago, and under an assumed name, Heather had a short but intense relationship with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). Heather became pregnant, and she realized Ryan would destroy the child’s life if he was allowed to raise a child or even have knowledge of a potential child.

So, Heather disappeared one day, and gave her baby up for adoption. It was only a few years ago that Ryan discovered his daughter, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and they made contact. Heather had herself transferred to the same prison Ryan was incarcerated in.

Heather Webber Tried To Protect Esme Prince

Heather had been keeping tabs on Esme her whole life and so when she realized that Esme was bonding with Ryan, she correctly worried that Ryan would corrupt her. Heather decided to kill anyone who posed a threat to Esme in any capacity.

Ryan died earlier this year during an escape attempt, and Heather was remanded to prison, no longer able to fool authorities that she was mentally in.

Coincidently, Cyrus was transferred to the same prison and served time together for many months until Cyrus managed to manipulate the right people to score an early release.

Two Lost Souls!

In Port Charles, Cyrus is just as despised as Heather. Despite having the capacity for some of the worst deeds, love drives them both in the end. It’s hardly impossible that they got close before Cyrus was set free.

Even though Heather is still incarcerated, they share a lot of similarities. However, Cyrus has a history of using threats and blackmail to get his way. It’s possible that he has plans in place for Heather to accompany him already.

If so, Port Charles might be riskier than previously, especially if their retaliation objectives coincide!
