Savannah Chrisley offered insight into how she’s handling her “holiday grief” in an emotional new message she shared to Instagram amid her parents’ incarceration and the recent passing of her ex-fiancé, Nic Kerdiles.

While wishing her followers the best this Thanksgiving weekend, the 26-year-old Chrisley Knows Best star reflected on the “hurt” and the “unbearable pain” she’s already had to navigate at the start of the holiday season alongside a montage of photos with those she holds near and dear to her heart.

“I hope you all have gotten to spend it with the ones you love…and if you haven’t… just know that I see you. I feel you. I hurt for you… and I love you,” she began in her Nov. 23 Instagram upload. “As this holiday season kicks off, I can already feel the unbearable pain. Holiday Grief is REAL! I miss my mama and daddy more than anything in this world. If I have learned anything this year, it’s that life is short.”

Chrisley continued: “This time last year, I was sitting with my sweet mama and daddy…as well as Nic. (We miss you Nic) So LOVE… LOVE HARD! Don’t hold back!”

“I may be sad… but I’m also unbelievably grateful for the people in these photos (there’s a too many people to count) that have shown up and loved me and my siblings during this last year,” she added. “If it wasn’t for all of these angels… I don’t know what I would’ve done.”

The podcast host continued, sharing a wealth of gratitude for her friends who have become as close as family and her extended relatives who have stepped up to support her in her new role as a full-time caretaker.

She wrote: “Thank you all for teaching me that friends can be our chosen family. Thank you showing up for me when I didn’t have the strength to show up for myself. Thank you for helping me with these gorgeous kiddos! Sure does take a village to raise them. Thank you for loving us…. I will never be able to thank you all enough for the impact that you have had on our lives… but I’ll sure as heck try to for the rest of my life. I love you all! And to my grandparents… thank you for being the rockstars that you are and showing up for me.”

Chrisley also gave a sweet shoutout to her new boyfriend, Robert Shriver, and, of course, her faith.

“And lastly… thank you God for keeping my heart open,” she wrote. “Thank you for blessing me with a love that is patient and kind. A love that does not envy and boast. A love that is not proud and does not dishonour others. A love that not self-seeking, and easily angered, and a love that keeps no record of wrongs. Thank you for giving me everything I never knew I needed ❤️.”

“If you’re struggling… just know that you can find beauty in the ashes. Keep pushing forward. Keep fighting the good fight!” she concluded the emotional message.
