Todd and Julie Chrisley may be eligible for an early release
Chrisley Knows Best, News, Reality TV
Those who have been following this story agree there’s a pretty big difference between Todd and Julie Chrisley getting sentenced to 19 years behind bars and them actually serving 19 years behind bars. Being reality TV stars with pretty fat bank accounts, most assume they’ll find a way to get out of jail early. Could Todd and Julie Chrisley get out early for good behavior?
Multiple media outlets have been discussing Todd and Julie Chrisley’s sentencing with legal experts that have no connections to the Chrisley family. These legal experts have been able to weigh in and give clarity on a lot of questions fans have. This includes whether Todd and Julie can get out of jail early.
Can Todd and Julie Chrisley get out early?
People Magazine sat down with a former federal prosecutor and president of West Coast Trial Lawyers Neama Rahmani, who reportedly has no ties to the Chrisley family, to ask this specific question. Was it possible for the couple to get out of jail early?
Neama Rahmani tells the outlet that under federal law, getting out of jail early for good behavior isn’t really an option for Todd and Julie. The former federal prosecutor proceeded to explain the couple would be required, by law, to serve at least 85 percent of their sentence.
And that’s the minimum they’re going to have to serve if they’re model inmates. Unlike states where inmates can sometimes serve less than even half of their sentence, under federal statutes, you only get a slight reduction for good behavior.”
The former federal prosecutor added that Todd and Julie Chrisley only really have themselves to blame for their “high sentences.” Rahmani explained that they only received such a hefty amount of time behind bars because they refused to own up to their crimes or show any remorse. Even now, the couple and their entire family still insist they are innocent and justice has not been served.
Doing the math, Julie Chrisley is federally required to serve just under six of her seven-year sentence. Todd would be required to serve a little over ten years of his 12-year sentence. Julie and Todd would have to be considered role model inmates and get approved for release after serving 85 percent of their sentence, though.

What’s Happened To Chase Chrisley’s Fiance Emmy Medders?
Chrisley Knows Best, News, Reality TV
Chase Chrisley and his bikini babe Emmy Medders are seemingly unbothered by his parents’ situation as they continue to live their best life. Over the past week, Chase’s future wife has posted five photo dumps of her recent romantic vacay with her steamy fiance.
As fans know, Emmy and Chase jetted off to Miami a few weeks ago. While they are definitely not still in Miami her Instagram feed is still very much soaking up holiday vibes as she continues to share photo dumps with her 202K Instagram followers.
In her first photo dump, she admitted to her followers that palm trees and sunshine make her happy. A day or two later, she posted again admitting that her Instagram feed was still enjoying Miami vibes.
Bikini-filled weekend with Chase Chrisley in Miami?
Emmy Medders’ photo dumps reveal she wasn’t afraid to show some serious skin as she soaked up the Miami sun with her future husband, Chase Chrisley. The photos also revealed Emmy may be following in her sister-in-law’s (Savannah and Lindsie’s) footsteps as she’s also accumulated a nice collection of bikinis.
In one photo from her most recent dump, Emmy Medders was rocking a gorgeous black bikini as she sat with her legs crossed on the sandy beach. A few swipes into the photo dump, Emmy switches it up to a long nude-colored dinner dress with a deep neckline and several cut-outs on the chest and torso that gave fans teasing glimpses of her flesh.
With another swipe in, Emmy switched to a knitted strapless bikini top. The photo revealed she was in a more intimate and private location as there was a small hot tub behind her. The same hot tub was visible in one of Emmy’s first photo dumps that featured her wearing a white bathing suit cover with her black bikini underneath.
Emmy Medder’s vacation photos featured very little of Chase and the photos that did include him were surprisingly covered up. This included one photo of Chase completely covered with a pink towel. Just a hint of his face could be seen looking through the towel that mostly covered his face and body.
Chrisley Knows Best fans were a bit bummed they didn’t get to see more shirtless photos of Emmy Medders’ smoking up fiance with her in these bikini-filled snaps.
Fans loved seeing her having fun
There wasn’t much in the way of negativity in these comments. Fans loved seeing Chase and Emmy living their life. This is compared to Savannah who has seemingly put her life on hold while her parents are locked up. Some fans, however, wonder what Emmy Medders’ does for work or if she’s just living off Chase’s money.
There are, however, some fans who worry the Chrisley family has changed Emmy as she’s lost a lot of weight and is wearing more bikinis than ever before.
