But their attorney, Jay Surgent, revealed that Todd and Julie could use their kids as their representatives.

The attorney of the Chrisley family shared that they will star in the reality show by communicating with their children. He added that Savannah will visit the Chrisley family patriarch and matriarch and stay in consistent contact with them via phone. Surgent then added that Todd would share his viewpoints related to the show, their lives, and their career with them. He continued that the show should help them by publicizing both Todd and Julie Chrisley’s situation in prison.

He even warned their family members to avoid passing any comments that could “prejudice their parents’ appeal” or “prejudice the prosecution’s position.”
