History is repeating itself for Harris Michaels on Days of Our Lives all over again. He suffered grave consequences the last time he got trapped in Megan’s clutches. The treacherous minx almost had his brains fried with programming to turn him into a kill machine. However, Hope managed to soothe and pull Harris out of darkness to the right side of life and broke his brain barrier. However, Harris has suffered a similar fate yet again, only this time, Hope isn’t around! Does that mean it is the end of the road for him?

Harris Is Shipped Off To Bayview

Dr. Frankenstein, whoops, we mean Dr. Rolf really did a number on Harris Michaels this time around on Days of Our Lives. Harris was still struggling with the after-effects of his previous programming, we can only imagine how mushed up his brain must be after getting altered by Rolf again. The latest spoilers tease that Harris will seek Marlena’s help to break free of the programming. He will request Marlena to use her hypnosis to bring him back to normalcy.

Unfortunately, it might not be a task as easy as one would hope on Days of Our Lives. Perhaps, after a few failed attempts, Harris will begin to lose hope of recovering from the brainwashing. The spoilers tease that he will ask Marlena to have him committed at Bayview to ensure the safety of everyone around them. However, Marlena would wager that with some other experimental techniques, they may still be able to save Harris’ brain cells. But is that really possible? We mean, there is only so much microwaving a brain can tolerate before melting into a good, right? Thus, chances are high that Bayview indeed might become Harris’ new postal address!

Will Days of Our Lives Loss Be General Hospital’s Gain?

If Harris does end up at Bayview, it would dramatically cut down his story pool on Days of Our Lives. Although, that might be a point Steve Burton’s character might be reaching anyway on the soap. With Hope blurred into oblivion for now and Megan skipping town soon, there isn’t really much for a brain-fried Harris to do in Salem anyway. Hence, a temporary exit for the actor by sending his character to Bayview seems logical at this point.

While this might seem like a bummer for his fans on Days of Our Lives, it may open the door to another lucrative possibility. If Steve Burton gets time off from DOOL, he might just bring Jason back to Port Charles on General Hospital. Steve was axed from the ABC soap in November 2021 for non-compliance with the COVID mandate. However, Disney had dropped the mandate now! Moreover, fans really do want Steve back on GH as Jason Morgan. Besides, the actor and the production did not really have a major falling out, so bringing Steve back on board is a very plausible possibility! And we are totally in for it? What about you?
