AMERICAN Pickers star Mike Wolfe has dropped $322,461 to renovate properties in Columbia, Tennessee in his initiative to revamp the sleepy town.
Mike, 60, owns many businesses in Columbia, Tennessee, including his bike shop Columbia Motor Alley and vacation rental Two Lanes Guesthouse.

The American Pickers star has renovated many of the properties over the years, as The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal the total cost of the construction has set him back $322,461.
Mike purchased a 3,166-square-foot house for $700,000 on May 20, 2022, and has been renovating the historic home, which is 151 years old.
He filed a building permit for the home in April 2024 for a remodel and repair of the tower and front porch, bringing the total cost for the remodel to $200,000, according to the permit.
Mike filed a permit for his vacation rental Two Lanes Guesthouse to “repair and replace rotting belly trim on front facade.”
According to the permit, the total cost is $10,000.
As for Mike’s bike shop Columbia Motor Alley, which he purchased in July 2022, he filed a permit to “remove the existing TPO membrane and replace it with a new 60 mil TPO membrane.”
The total construction cost is $63,750.
Mike purchased a former wine bar for $600,000 in September 2022 that he turned into an outdoor seating area complete with a fire pit, pergola and stage.
Installing the pergola cost $17,730, according to the permit.
Another permit for the property to “install 1′ underground gas line for fire pit including risers, regulators, and necessary materials” cost $4,400.
