Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), who had just gained the favor of General Hospital spoilers, acts like a complete hypocrite by repeating what she did when Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) called her to inform her that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is in Nixon Falls.

Although we weren’t expecting her to accept Nina’s apology for anything, showing grace would have been wonderful to break the loop.

Instead, Carly did what she does best: go on the attack and forget her part in things.

Some things and people just don’t change

Embracing the hate

Some folks simply must never stop bickering. They require it like a narcotic to feel as though they are making progress.

We occasionally get over our desire to always argue and be furious. However, not everyone wishes to go past their hate phase.

It’s funny because, despite her best efforts, Carly is unable to move on. Having witnessed her cult of blind worshipers abandon her and begin to admire and appreciate Nina, she refuses to.

Yes, Nina kept Sonny from her, but only after she called Carly to tell her and Carly jumped to the wrong conclusion and went on the attack, making sure Nina couldn’t get a word in.

Then when Nina saw an opportunity, she turned Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) into the SEC for insider trading, which they were guilty of and Drew threw himself on his sword and offered to give away his daughter’s future to help Carly.

Yet, Carly’s the victim because Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Willow Tate (Katelyn MacMullen) are loving Nina instead of hating her.

Everyone needs to move on

The worst of it all is perhaps how she and others accuse Nina of stealing the Metro Court from her, even though Nina never done anything. In an attempt to help, she tried to return the item she had purchased to Carly, but she declined.

It’s an endless loop, and Carly’s part of it will only get worse when she finds out that Nina turned her and Drew in. “Hospital General” Since she’s as unchangeable as possible, spoilers doubt that much about her will change, thus she’ll launch another assault.

But this time, she may not have everyone in her corner like she expects. While Willow will be upset and pull back, she could understand.

Though we doubt that since she has a habit of following cult leaders since she was raised in them, but maybe this time will be different?

As for Sonny, there’s a good chance he’ll be angry with her for what she did and then not telling him, but his love for her could sway him to remain passive in it.

Carly may find herself on the outside looking in as the last battle will be over whether Sonny and Willow’s resentment of Nina will outweigh their affection for her.
