So, things seem to be quite serious. Critics claim it’s hot and serious because Robert has a net worth of about $10M. The man whose wife allegedly conspired to murder him in the Bahamas is 12 years older than Todd’s daughter, but she doesn’t seem to mind that.

E! News reported that “Lindsay, 36, was arrested July 21 in the Bahamas along with Terrance Bethel, 28, and Faron Newbold Jr., 29. Authorities allege that she was having an affair with Terrance and plotted to have Faron kill Robert.” Apparently, the plot was uncovered while investigators carried out another investigation. After checking phone records, they found a text that Linsday sent Faron, telling him to “kill him.”

The outlet noted that Lindsay and her co-accused are on bail in the Bahamas and wear tracking anklets. Savannah Chrisley’s boyfriend‘s wife said that it has been a difficult time for her. Obviously, she misses her kids who are presumably stateside with Robert. Meanwhile, Terrance denies infidelity, and claims she sent the text out of “frustration.” Certainly, it seems that it’s taking time for the authorities to put their case together for court.

Court Case Not Completed
On Oct. 5, a hearing for Robert Shiver’s wife and her co-accused postponed the case until December 1. Apparently, the prosecution needs “more time to present their case.” – (Daily Mail.) Meanwhile, in the divorce case filed by Savannah Chrisley‘s boyfriend in April, more things to ponder emerged. In Lindsay’s filings, she claimed that her husband abused her in front of the kids.

AL.com reported that Lindsay’s papers claim:

Wife feels unsafe in the marital home and has installed locks on the interior doors of the home for protection…Husband has abused the Wife in the home in the children’s presence on multiple occasions, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally.
