According to General Hospital spoilers, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are finally beginning to arrange their wedding. Sonny wants Nina to have the wedding she’s always imagined, but it might end as being a complete nightmare!
Now that Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) has offered her skills as a wedding planner, that is especially true.
There must be a reason why GH writers assigned Olivia the responsibility of seeing that the wedding is successful.
It’s probably so that Olivia can actually be the person who makes the wedding fall apart!
Olivia will be in the prime position to ruin Sonny and Nina’s wedding day, but she may need a little help when the time comes.
Nina’s great secret—that she alerted the SEC through her directives to Martin Grey (Michael Grey)—is lost on “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth).
If Sonny and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) learned the entire story, they would be enraged because Nina’s activities caused Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) $5 million fine and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) three-year prison sentence.
Of course, “Eddie” might at some point have a memory flood; if that happens, to whom will Ned reveal the truth first?
Once “Eddie” becomes Ned again, he may go straight to Olivia and tell her about Nina’s SEC shocker.
That could lead to Olivia recruiting Carly to make this a wedding to remember!
Olivia might give Carly updates on Nina’s secret snitching and suggest they should team up to make sure Nina pays for her actions.
Carly and Olivia’s friendship over the years was highlighted in a brief montage in the episode that aired on August 9.
The fact that the show portrays Olivia and Carly as best friends suggests that there may be two wedding problems in the works.
